Those Other Tortillas

I know we've done flour tortillas on the blog, only I've non notwithstanding attempted the far to a greater extent than intimidating corn version. Why produce they scare me so? I'm non sure, only it's a existent problem. Anyway, one of these days I'll muster upward the courage to hand it a go, only inwards the meantime, here's a demo from my buddies at Allrecipes.com showing the basic method.
