The Geological Sciences faculty at the University of North Carolina has released information showing the width of North American rivers. The river widths were calculated past times processing Landsat satellite imagery of all observable rivers inward North America.
The NARWidth information shows the width of rivers at but about hateful discharge. The river information is available to download inward vector ESRI Shapefile too Comma Separated Values.
Mapbox has already created an interactive map using the data. North American River Widths allows yous to explore the rivers of North America too expose their widths at hateful discharge.
