Spray Bottle Paper Plate Witch Masks

We had then much fun making spray bottle newspaper plate monsters a few weeks ago, then I decided to purpose the same technique to assist brand our witch masks!

We didn't gum the java filters onto the newspaper plates because the kids used then much gum when they attached things that the filters stayed put.
