India is a big country. But Job opportunities are comparatively not attracted by the youngsters. This is because for the same job they will get remuneration many times more abroad. So majority of educated people wanted to migrate/ find jobs in foreign countries. Especially gulf countries.
Finding a job directly from the abroad employer is difficult. This is because most of the employer usually depend on recruitment companies to find their right candidate. But everyday we are listening to various recruitment fraud stories. To avoid this recruitment fraud you can check your agency is recognised by Government of India.

Note that a recognised agency by Government does not exclude 100% from fraud. It will take time to take actions if recruitment fraud complaints are raised against the agency.
